Our crews complete task-appropriate training and refreshers, including:

• Hazard Communication (GHS) and PPE selection

• Fall protection and work at height

• Lockout/Tagout for energy isolation

• Confined space, hot work, and permit-required tasks (as applicable)

• First Aid/CPR/AED and job-specific toolbox talks

We expect full participation in safety education, compliance with all applicable laws and codes, and active promotion of safety at the job site.

Cooling towers present unique hazards. Our plan addresses:

• Rotating equipment: LOTO, verification of zero energy, and barricades.

• Work at elevation: anchor points, fall arrest systems, and rescue plans.

• Water & chemistry exposure: splash protection, ventilation, and SDS review.

• FRP dust/fibers: wet methods or HEPA capture, containment, and cleanup.

• Weather & access: wind, slip surfaces, ladders, scaffolds, and lift plans.

• Site-specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and tailboard before each shift

• Coordination with your EHS team and operations

• Work scheduled during your planned outage window whenever possible, to keep production on track.

• Near-miss and incident reporting with root-cause analysis

• Regular field audits and corrective actions

• Program reviews available to your team on request.

• JSA / JHA packets and toolbox-talk logs

• Training and fit-for-duty documentation for assigned crew

• Equipment and PPE inspection records

• SDS, coatings tech data, and ventilation/containment plans

• Insurance COI and W-9 as needed
